Nicole Flagg & Timothy Manning

Betty and Rick Manning of Amherst announce the engagement of their son, Timothy, to Nicole Flagg, daughter of Madeline Flagg of Nashua, N.H., and Willard Flagg of Newmarket, N.H.

Flagg is a high school English teacher in North Berwick, Maine. She graduated from Nashua Christian Academy & High School in Nashua, N.H., in 2001 and from the University of New Hampshire in 2005.

Manning is a U.S. Air Force A-10 fighter pilot stationed in Germany.

He graduated from Amherst Regional High School in 1999 and from Daniel Webster College in Nashua, N.H., in 2003.

An October 2007 wedding is planned.
