Forms for running in May election at Hadley Town Hall

HADLEY — Nomination forms to run for various elected positions in town, including the Select Board, School Committee and Planning Board, are available at the town clerk’s office.

Town Clerk Jessica Spanknebel announced this week that papers for the May 16 town election are available at her office at Town Hall. Candidates interested in running have until March 24 at 5 p.m. to pick up the forms.

Following are the positions available and the incumbents either elected or appointed to those positions:

Select Board, three years, Jane H. Nevinsmith; Board of Assessors, three years, William R. Banack; Board of Health, three years, Susan Mosler; Board of Health, two years, Emma M. H. Dragon; Planning Board, five years, James J. Maksimoski; School Committee, three years, Tara M. Brugger; Elector Under Oliver Smith Will, one year, Sheila M. Konieczny, Park Commission, three years, James W. Shea; library trustee, two three-year positions, Maureen K. Devine and Alan M. Weinberg; and Housing Authority, five years, John H. Allen.
